The products are delivered by transport companies.

The price posted on ARTSFITÉ includes free shipping.

In Spain, products will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days from the payment day.

For international shipping, products will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days, depending on the distance between the shipping point and the destination country.

Products will only be delivered within the European   Comunity  and United Kingdom   (including Andorra, Vatican City, Monaco and San Marino).

If, for any reason and at the moment before shipping the product, the delivery term is estimated to be more important, ARTSFITÉ will e-mail the Member (buyer) to communicate the incident and that latest will have the possibility to cancel the order and receive a refund.

If the delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, ARTSFITÉ will not be responsible for it.

In any case, if after 7 working days from the payment the product has not been delivered or no incident has been reported, the Buyer will have to issue a complaint to ARTSFITÉ by filling out the contact form on the Web site, sending an e-mail to info@artsfite.com, or phoning +34 93 711 89 01.

Each delivery is considered accomplished as soon as the product is at the customer’s disposal and reported by the carrier control system. The customer should examine the order during the delivery and reclaim at that moment if justified, or even refuse the package if this one seemed to have been opened or deteriorated.
