Customers will have to communicate to the carriers and to ARTSFITÉ any defect in the product in a reliable way, within 24 hours after having receivedthe product. For that reason, ARTSFITÉrecommends that the customer examine the order with the carrier andnotify immediately if the product is defective.
If the defect in the product can be fixed, ARTSFITÉ will fix it as soon as possible. If the defect can not be fixed, the entire amount of the product will be refunded.
If the product is to be returned, the buyer will have to pay for the shipment, unless the return is due to a defect in the product, a delay or mistake in the delivery. Freight cost will be deduced from the amount to be refunded.
In any case, the refund on the customer’s account will take place within 7 working days after ARTSFITÉ has received the product.
The products must be correctly protected as they are returned, in their original packaging along with all the accessories, instructions and documents. They will be sent to the address ARTSFITÉ specified in the instructions for return sent by e-mail.
