 In any case, Members commit themselves to provide actual personal information and to inform ARTSFITÉ of any changes in it. Members will be under any circumstances responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for its update. ARTSFITÉ reserves the right to exclude any Member who has provided false information, without prejudice to actions that may exist in law.

 Members can exercise, at any time, the right recognized under the law to access, modify, cancel or block their personal information, sending an e-mail to info@artsfite.com or mail to the following address ARTSFITÉ.

 The modification, cancellation, or blocking of the personal information stated earlier and notified as orders are being handled will be effective when the orders are delivered.

In any case, for the very nature of the services and contents the Web site offers, it is indispensable to be able to provide the Members commercial information via e-mail. For this reason, exercising the right to cancel personal information will automatically mean that Members renounce their membership of  ARTSFITÉ.
